2. What size are the images?
The size of the image will depend on the design. You will get a more accurate picture of sizing by looking at the description and pictures on the product's individual page.
3. What comes in the pack?
Every pack of StickyUps contains three large sheets of stickers (approx 58 x 42cm) and an instruction sheet to help with application. The amount of stickers on each sheet will vary from design to design, by looking at the product description you will find out exactly how many stickers you get for each design.
4. What are StickyUps made of?
StickyUps are made of extremely thin, high quality vinyl normally used for professional applications - which means our stickers actually look like hand painted designs once applied. Our vinyl is very different to thick, common vinyl wall stickers which have a 'halo' - border of clear vinyl around the design.

6. Is there anything I need to consider before I use StickyUps?
Before applying StickyUps you should:

Select a suitable surface. Even surfaces work best - uneven surfaces like wood chip don't, and if you plan to remove your StickyUps do not use them on wallpaper.

Make sure the surface is clean and dry and free from grease or dust.

Test your layout. Arrange the designs on your surface using scotch or masking tape, until you are happy with your design so you can decide on how you will use them (this is vital as StickyUps cannot be used twice)

Don't apply to freshly painted surfaces. It takes 2-3 weeks for paint to fully cure. If you apply Vinyl during this curing period, the adhesive will dry along with the paint. This means that when removing the Vinyl, flecks of paint may come with it!
7. Are StickyUps just for walls?
No, you can use StickyUps in all sorts of places, on any smooth surface! Windows, mirrors, doors and floors...even your laptop.
8. Can I remove the StickyUps?
Yes, StickyUps have been specially developed to be removable from smooth, even surfaces such as: painted walls, glass and even certain wallpapers. Simply use gentle heat from a hairdryer and peel back very slowly.
9. Can I reposition StickyUps?
Although StickyUps stickers can easily be removed, unfortunately they cannot be re-used. That's why we recommend that you lay out and decide on the positioning first (for more information, see our 'How To Apply' section.)
10. There’s a bubble that I can’t get rid of?
If any air has been trapped between the Vinyl and the surface, you may see a tiny bubble. Use a sewing pin or similar to prick the bubble. You'll be able to smooth the Vinyl to the wall and the pinprick will 'self heal'.
11. How long do StickyUps last?
As long as they go untouched, StickyUps wall graphics can last up to seven years.
12. How many packs do I need to decorate a room?
It's entirely up to you! The beauty of StickyUps is that you can create your own look from the designs. You can use our room images as guide, and to see how many packs were used for each 'look'.
13. What materials do I need?
All you need to apply StickyUps is a pair of sharp scissors to cut around the image, and a credit card, plastic ruler (or similar) to smooth down and help apply the graphic.

16. How will my StickyUps be delivered?
We will send your StickyUps by first class recorded delivery, and so you should receive them within 5 working days of your order. You will get an email confirmation to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
17. How much does Postage & Packing cost?
To make sure that your StickyUps arrive in pristine condition, we pack them 'flat' in a large envelope (folding or rolling the sheets means that there's a risk of damaging them). For your peace of mind, you will also have to sign for the delivery – and for you convenience, you can track your order too.

18. Do you ship internationally?
You'll need to sign for the delivery when your StickyUps arrive. And unless it says otherwise, all of our stickers are in stock and normally dispatched within 5 working days.

19. SPARKLES
20. SPARKLES - how do they work?
SPARKLES stickers are made from hundreds of shimmering rhinestones attached to an invisible, crystal clear layer of glue. The rhinestones can be simply lifted in one piece and stuck onto any smooth surface. Once applied you will see your surface through the SPARKLES sticker, in between the gems.
21. What size are the stickers?
The size of each sticker depends on the design. You will get a more accurate picture of sizing by looking at the description and pictures on the product's individual page.
22. What comes in the pack?
Each pack of SPARKLES contains one sticker sheet , W: 182mm x H: 227mm. The amount of stickers on each sheet will vary from design to design, by looking at the product description you will find out exactly how many stickers you get for each design.
23. Is there anything I need to consider before I use SPARKLES?
Our larger SPARKLES stickers are meant to last, so the glue we use for these designs is super sticky. They are therefore not repositionable. Decide where you want to apply your sticker before you start and once removed from the backing sheet, be careful that your sticker doesn’t fold in on itself.
24. Where can I stick SPARKLES?
Anywhere & everywhere! The larger designs are made with super strong glue and can stick onto fabric (although they won’t last a machine wash), onto cups & vases (handwash only), shoes, folders, lampshades, laptops, wardrobes, cars – they really can go everywhere! Our mini designs are made with removable glue and are therefore best stuck on smooth surfaces that never get wet, such as mobile phones, mp3 players, purses, gift boxes, candle holders, pencil cases - the list goes on… and on.
25. Can I remove SPARKLES?
Yes. The larger designs will need gentle heat from a hairdryer to soften the glue and aid removal. MINI SPARKLES designs can be easily peeled off.
26. Can I reposition SPARKLES?
You will only be able to reposition the MINI SPARKLES designs,
27. How long do SPARKLES last?
As long as they go untouched, larger SPARKLES stickers will last for years. MINI SPARKLES will lose stickiness with every re-application, so their staying power will depend on usage.
28. What materials do I need?
None. SPARKLES stickers simply peel & stick.
29. Where can I buy SPARKLES?

30. How will my SPARKLES be delivered?
We will send your SPARKLES using the Royal Mail’s first class delivery service and so you should receive them within 5 working days of your order. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
